PE Introduction
Growing students’
education and understanding of living a healthy life is important here
at Beijing SMIC. Our students continue to develop their knowledge of
what a healthy lifestyle looks like while also improving their physical
capabilities through exercise and teamwork. Our PE classes are designed
to keep students active even when they are not participating in sports
teams. Our classes include basketball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball,
badminton, capture the flag, and many other activities that build the
foundations of teamwork and cooperation. Learning coordination and
endurance through aerobic, team-centered classes is how we ensure that
each student gets the most out of each PE class.
