English Track Student Withdrawal Procedure


In order to make the whole withdrawal process more smoothly, please confirm your decision and complete the process on time. The transfer of a student involves the cooperation between SMIC internal and external departments, so there is strict time limited. The whole procedure must be complete before the end of each semester or the first week of the summer/winter holiday. We do not accept any student withdrawal after a week of the new school semester due to the Registration System closed.


Withdraw with Registration ID (Xueji)

1.Pick-up the Student Withdrawal Form (Appendix 1) & Transfer Contact List (Appendix 2) at ET Office.

2.Return Student Registration ID and all the books as the ET Office required.

3.Sign and seal the Transfer Contact List (Appendix 2) with four parties and leave one copy to ET office.

4.Retrieval Student Registration ID from ET office.


Withdraw without Registration ID (Xueji)

1.Pick-up the Student Withdrawal Form (Appendix 1) & the Student Registration Cancellation Form

(Appendix 3) at ET Office.

2.Return Student Registration ID and all the books as the ET Office required

3.Fill the Student Registration Cancellation Form (Appendix 3) and return to ET office.

4. Retrieval the Student Registration ID.


Please be informed that if your child leaves the school without any procedure, you will take all risks

on your own. Thank for your understand.
